Review: Select Curety White

This review nearly escaped my memory. If I hadn’t spotted the bottle I bought in the early part of last year, casually stored in the pantry cabinet, you wouldn’t be reading this. Now that my ideas are coming together, it’s time to get down to business.

Dosage

• 15 years old and above = 3 tablets x twice daily (morning and evening)
• 7 years old – 15 years old = 1 tablet x twice daily (morning and evening)

*Take with cold or warm water.

Ingredients (quantity in 6 tablets)

• Ascorbic acid (Vitamin C) – 1000mg
• L-cysteine (a basic building block of glutathione) – 240mg
• Vitamin E – 50mg
• Vitamin B2 – 6mg
• Vitamin B6 – 12mg

Let me cut to the chase. I don’t recall precisely how long I used this supplement, but I do know that I stopped before finishing a bottle, with about 20 tablets left. Taking 6 tablets a day felt excessive, and I didn’t notice any difference. If the idea of consuming 6 tablets daily makes you uncomfortable, or if you’re impatient to see positive results within a month, then I believe this product may not be suitable for you.
